"The application could not be installed because the AIR file is damaged. Try obtaining a new AIR file from the application author"
สำหรับคนที่ใช้ Adobe AIR และเคยเจอปัญหาขึ้นข้อความแบบนี้ จงอย่าเชื่อว่าเป็นเพราะ “AIR file is damaged” เสมอไปครับ
เพราะจากการที่ผมลองค้นหาคำตอบจาก Adobe Forum และ Support ดู สาเหตุหลักๆที่ทราบคือเกิดจาก Temp folder เต็ม ไม่ว่าจะทั้ง Windows/Mac/Linux ก็มีโอกาสเกิดขึ้น
เนื่องจากเวลา Installing AIR package นั้น มันจะ extract files ไปไว้ใน Temp Folder
ดังนั้น Solution คือ “Cleanup Temp Folder” ครับ
ป.ล. ไม่น่าเชื่อว่าบริษัท Software ระดับโลกอย่าง Adobe จะไม่ตรวจสอบ Free Space ของ Temp ก่อน Installing แบบนี้
